Priority Support gives customers faster response times to inquiries, a moderate amount (up to 3 hours) of deployment instructions and walkthroughs via screen sharing and phone calls. All software issues and concerns from priority customers go to the front of the stack. In addition, support for priority customers is typically offered by one of our developers in the US.
